CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
Should the organiser cancel, move or reschedule the event, you will be entitled to a refund and the organiser will inform you of the process at the time. You will not be eligible for a refund if you change your mind or for personal or professional reasons, realise that you are not able to attend.
Should the organiser need to cancel, move or reschedule the event, you will only be refunded the face value of the ticket and not any other associated costs incurred in attending the event, for example travel and /or accommodation.
The reselling of tickets is strictly discouraged. Secondary ticketing is not permitted and refunds will not be given to any persons purchasing tickets through a reseller.
All cancellations must be e-mailed to info@myplanner.co.za fourteen days prior to the event.
Any cancellations received after this date will bear a 100% fee and will not be refunded.

Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard or by bank transfer into the MyPlanner bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for MyPlanner via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. PLEASE NOTE that any such request for ACCESS to INFORMATION may be subject to a payment of a legally allowable fee.
CORRECTION of PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right to ask us to UPDATE, CORRECT or REMOVE and DELETE your personal information we have on record. Should you wish to AMEND your personal information you can simply email us at gys@myplanner.co.za with your request and we will send you a FORM to COMPLETE.
